Postal surveys

Postal surveys allow clients to reach large numbers of people at relatively low cost and they are ideally suited to collecting data for staff surveys or evaluating publications through an insertion methodology.

Samples can either be randomly selected, or respondents can be carefully targeted for statistical accuracy. Respondents may sometimes be incentivised to return their surveys, but we always put careful thought into the questionnaire at the design stage to ensure considered responses and a high return rate.

Clients are welcome to return postal surveys to our freepost address and we're happy to offer a pro-rata service for the return of postal data as it can be difficult to estimate response rates.
