explore has undertaken a number of projects for Holidaybreak and its Eurocamp and Keycamp brands.
We conduct an online brand tracker, using our in-house consumer panel, panelbase.com. This survey is also used to measure awareness and opinion of advertising campaigns and their effect on brand awareness and consideration.
We have conducted online research of their customers and enquirers using lists supplied by Holidaybreak to gain feedback on designs for the next generation of their accommodation provision. We also interviewed ‘potential customers’ recruited from panelbase.
A further study of ‘potential customers’ looked at how including reevoo customer reviews on the Eurocamp and Keycamp websites might affect propensity to consider a particular park.
